		<description>Oddly, that reminds me of a Shmuley Boteach article on homosexuality.  In it, he points out that shellfish, too, are called "an abomination," and that homosexuals should be treated no different in the orthodox community as, say, liars or those who occasionally eat treif.  That is, while he would not condone homosexual behavior, focusing on it as a do-or-die mitzvah is wrong and hurts homosexual Jews.</description>
