ShulShopper Traffic So High We Already Need a Server Upgrade
In its first week of usage, ShulShopper has become so popular that the damned hosting environment we’re on isn’t powerful enough to handle all the incoming traffic!
We haven’t even managed to fix all the bugs yet (don’t worry, there are only about a dozen outstanding issues left) and already we need to move to a new, more powerful server.
If you believe in ShulShopper and find it to be a valuable service that you would like to see grow, now is the time to consider making a donation to support the project. We need your help. Please, donate today.

Bring it out of beta and change the tagline:
“There is no beta, only SHUL!!!”

I have one quibble with it. It doesn’t allow you to say what days during the week the shul has weekday services, only how many times per month. So for a shul that has two or so services per week, your only option is to say it meets all week.
Other than that, it’s great.

we’ll be improving scheduling over time…

And yet when you enter 07666 (Teaneck zip code), the first thing that comes up is the Stanton St. Shul. Strange.

limit the search to a 10 mile radius instead of the default 100

Wow, tit’chadesh v’titchazek! But I have to say, I find the variety of flavors a little much. It feels kind of like Baskin Robbins 31 x 10^4

Have you thought about resorting to the dreaded….(I hardly dare speak its name)….Google Ads for support?
(Forgive me!)
