391. The musaf (additional) offering for Shemini Atzeret (Numbers 29:35-38)
392. “You shall not eat anything abhorrent.” (Deuteronomy 14:3) = don’t eat sacrifices that have been invalidated for sacrifice or on which a blemish has been placed
393. “If any of the flesh of his/her sacrifice of well-being would be eaten on the third day, it shall not be acceptable, it shall not count for him/her who offered it. It is an offensive thing, and the person who eats of it shall bear his guilt.” (Leviticus 7:18) = not only can’t you eat sacrifices that are left over beyond the designated time (#395), but if, at the time the sacrifice is offered, you intend to eat it after the expiration time, then it becomes “pigul”, and you can’t eat it (even during the appropriate time)
394. “You shall not leave any of it until morning.” (Leviticus 22:30) = leave no leftovers from sacrifices
395. “One who eats of it shall bear his/her guilt.” (Leviticus 19:8) = don’t eat a sacrifice left over past the expiration time
396. “Flesh that touches anything unclean shall not be eaten.” (Leviticus 7:19) = don’t eat sacrifices that have become tamei (ritually unclean)
397. “The person who, in a state of uncleanness, eats flesh from God’s sacrifices of well-being, that person shall be cut off from his/her kin.” (Leviticus 7:20) = a person who is tamei can’t eat sacrifices
398. “What is left of the flesh of the sacrifice shall be consumed in fire on the third day.” (Leviticus 7:17) = burn the leftovers
399. “It shall be consumed in fire.” (Leviticus 7:19) = sacrifices that have become tamei (#396)
400. The whole service of the high priest on Yom Kippur (Leviticus 16:3-28)
401. “When a person commits a trespass, being unwittingly remiss about any of God’s sacred things, s/he shall bring as his/her penalty to God a ram without blemish from the flock, convertible into payment in silver by the sanctuary weight, as a guilt offering. S/he shall make restitution for that wherein s/he was remiss about the sacred things, and s/he shall add a fifth part to it and give it to the priest.” (Leviticus 5:15-16) = if you accidentally used sacrificial stuff for secular purposes
402. “Do not work your firstling ox.” (Deuteronomy 15:19) = don’t do work with any animals designated for sacrifice
403. “Do not shear your firstling sheep.” (Deuteronomy 15:19) = don’t shear animals designated for sacrifice
404. “The assembled congregation of Israel shall slaughter it at twilight.” (Exodus 12:6) = the pesach lamb, on the 14th of Nisan
405. “You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with anything leavened.” (Exodus 34:25) = don’t sacrifice the pesach lamb while you still have chametz in the house
