The best part is how he refuses to say whether he’s joking or not. This has the odor of possibly one of the best pranks of all time.

He does say that it is not realistic, the concept is the art, not the politics in one interview I read. Personally… I’m moving there. If for nothing else, to see what happens in a city that has “Public Art” students. Have you ever seen art students? These people like to play with space, but it gets locked inside museums. Put it out in the public where it belongs! Couple that with community based repairative coexistence based on common ideology rather than nationality or ethnicity, sounds fun to me!
