		<description>Pollyanna though I may be in saying so, I suspect that Olmert doesn&#039;t want prisoner exchanges to be the central focus of any peace deal. I think he&#039;d rather see a sort of commerce that doesn&#039;t entail using human beings as capital or collateral. If he&#039;s dragging his feet here, it&#039;s because he&#039;d rather see a substantive agreement reached over borders, security, trade status, and work authorization.</description>
