Israeli Baby Formula Not Poisoned

[Updated] A non-dairy soya-based infant formula, Remedia, has apparently hospitalized 10 children in Israel and could harm thousands more.

The annoying anonymous “me” writes, “It appears that the baby formula was in the past months altered in that vitamin B1 was removed from the formulation. Many parents did not realize this and as a result many babies ended up deficient [in] this vitamin with dire consequences.”

  1. While our enemies have a history demonstrating that they have no sense of decency (in that they deliberately target children). Early indications (note: this could change) are that the formula was not “poisoned”. It appears that the baby formula was in the past months altered in that vitamin B1 was removed from the formulation. Many parents did not realize this and as a result many babies ended up deficient for this vitamin with dire consequences. Parents should be advised to check with their doctor to ensure nutritional needs are met.
