Revealed: Native Americans in Texas found charred pages of Hebrew text several months ago, which was later identified as the space diary of Israeli combat pilot and Israel’s first astronaut Col. Ilan Ramon. Only eight pages were legibly readable, as the rest had been bleached white from the heat upon entry to the earth’s atmosphere. Interestingly enough, Israeli scientists, who have spent years reconstructing and deciphering ancient manuscripts, were able to apply their methods in this case to ressurect some contents of the diary.
