Heeb’s E-mail Blunder
I just want to thank Heeb for sending me a volumonous portion of their e-mail subscription list yesterday. I’m sure it’ll come in handy.

We have traced the error to a glitch in our server, but there really is no excuse for what happened. Just know that we will not be emailing you again until we are absolutely certain that the problem has been corrected. Also realize that we have the utmost respect for your privacy. We have made it the magazine’s policy NOT to sell our email list so it came with extreme dismay when we realized what occured this past Wednesday. …you get all their email addresses, and I’ve signed up for updates with them twice and have yet to receive an email. I think it’s an anti-Esther embargo.
Actually, I think it’s the second e-mail I’ve received from Heeb with addresses for half the Jews under 35 in New York City prominently featured.
