Supreme Court Tosses Jewish Soldier’s Discrimination Case
The JTA reports,
A Jewish Army engineer who claims he suffered religious discrimination won’t get his day in court.
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected the case of David Tenenbaum, who claimed he was subjected to 11 years of investigations and discrimination because he was Jewish and was feared to be spying for Israel.
I don’t know what US law says about this, but in all of the US couldn’t they dig up a judge and 12 jurors with security clearences?
What the lines about revealing info for court could lead to bad things for the US probly means it would show that Jews are scrutinized alot more than non jews when it comes to security clearances….
