I remember a simple ‘science’ experiment where a teacher turns on a transistor to full volume and then wraps it up in a thin sheet of aluminum so that the sound is killed even with the radio still ‘on’. He also suggested that we think about the hundred, thousands of ‘radio’ signals ‘around’ us, going through us, and if ‘science’ knows how this will affect us in the long term.
Maybe those 1960s era astronauts knew it best to wrap up their whole body in the stuff?
