What…..I mean, what the hell? Madonna, I am totally cool with you like converting to Judaism, learning yiddishkeit and joining Chabad or something, but don’t join a cult of heretics, because other people are gonna do it with you.
What surprises me is that she ahs ben doing this apparently for eight years, and yet hasn’t yet actually read the Zohar, or Tanya, or anything that would be even remotely related to actual kabbalah. She just adheres tro a bunch of crap rabbi whats-his-name is feeding her. Damnit woman, go to a Chabad house or soemthing and have them slap some tznius into you!

At first I found this phenomenom pretty puzzling. According to Israel Shahak and Prof. Moshe Idel, non-Jews are considered an abomination by most of the Kabbalah. But Idel has pointed out this is much like yoga or TM, which were once the province of a religious elite, becoming watered down and popularized.
Don’t worry, I’m sure that Rabbi will get caught up in some sex scandal or something and the Kabalah Center will go the way of the Rajneeshees. Insha’allah!
