The family of American born Israeli MIA, Zachary Baumel, who was captured by Syrian forces in 1982, is filing a lawsuit against the Syrian government for abduction and illegal imprisonment. The lawsuit comes after the recent release of new information indicating that Zachary Baumel is indeed alive and being held captive in a Syrian prison facility on the Syrian border with Iraq.
