Steven is an alcoholic, and he is displaying classic dry drunk symptoms. Basically he has replaced an addiction to alcohol with religion. The issue of sexual exploitation is real but fundamentalists often confuse it with all sexual activity outside of marriage. Suicide girls, for instance, is classified as porn technically. He might very well be harassing people for that instead of harrassing people for seeing child porn, or porn that is truely degrading to women and treats them as meat. This does a disservice to those people who are being exploited.
