We might try to send inconvenient facts down the memory hole, but we should all remember Dr. Hubertus Strughold (and, more importantly the Dachau inmates who dies as a result of his experiments) every time we fly across the country or the seas in an aircraft with a pressurized cabin.

Of course, the fact that this is coming through judicial activism rather than legislative action gives many of us the creeps.
