Walking With God

The Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies of American Jewish University (formerly University of Judaism) has just come out with the first installment of a curriculum series, the volume of which is called Walking With God. It offers 12 essays with texts and suggestions about how to use them, all on the topic of exploring Jewish perspectives of God. While it seems to be a book oriented towards educators and clergy to use in their (adult) teaching, I can’t see any good reason why any of Jewschool’s readers couldn’t just pick it up and give it a go themselves.
You can download all of it here. Make sure to get all the chapters – they aren’t all labelled as units, but they are all there if you download everything offered.
Full disclosure: I’m involved with the project somehow or other. I still think it’s good, though.
