New Voices Launch Party! Just because they’re busy cultivating the next generation of Jewish journalists doesn’t mean they don’t know how to party. Join the Jewish Student Press Service on September 24th for an 18+ happy hour event (with live DJs!) at the Proof Bar Lounge in downtown Manhattan, featuring DJ Handler and more music from Shemspeed artists! Subscribe: Make sure to send your campus mail address to us at subscriptions at newvoices.org by August 28th (next Tuesday!) to ensure that you don’t miss the first issue. As always, New Voices is free for students.
Campus Representatives: Each year, New Voices creates a network of representatives on campuses across the country. Campus reps distribute free copies of New Voices and actively seek out students interested in free subscriptions. This year, reps who sign up enough subscribers will be offered a number of perks, contact Liz Alpern at publisher at newvoices.org for the goodies.

November Issue: Editor-in-Chief Joshua Nathan-Kazis is ready to start accepting pitches for articles for the November issue. As always, they’re looking for stories on Jewish issues, campus issues, and Jewish campus issues. Submit them to him at editor at newvoices.org.
