I’m pretty happy I found this blog. I’m currently living in Moldova as a Peace Corps volunteer. Being away from home, where I’m surrounded by Jews whether I like it or not, I find now that I’m out here alone, solo-Jew in a sea of Christian Eastern-Orthodox, I am trying to get closer my peeps, even if that means through slow dial-up internet in a post-soviet apartment.
I’ll be reading this after I disconnect from the phone line and get to read all my internet stuff tabbed by the dozen, but I just wanted to drop a message while the connection is on.
