Refusenik Stabbed
Israeli refusenik and assitant to MK Ma’hul (… and a former fellow activist in the shministim) Shimri Tzameret has been stabbed. Tzameret was released in Januray 2005 from jail, after spending almost two years behind bars for his refusal to serve in the Israeli army.
Stabbed in the back no less!
Now that is cowardly.
once again,
refuseniks were the Russian Jews barred from leaving the Soviet Union.
this guy is a draft-dodger who refuses to serve entirely in the army of the Jewish people, not a poor refusenik.
Nonetheless,
who stabbed him on Shabbos, and/or otherwise, why is this newsworthy? Did a Jew stab him?
Did he go to the cops for help? Maybe they “refused.”
