This is from the wonderfully weird Hampden neighborhood, site of all John Waters movies. The billboard is especially awesome because “Believe” is a Balto inside joke from an especially corny anti-drug campaign, and “hon” is the local, revered greeting of choice. We’re a haven for all noodly deities.
