The JDL‘s Earl Krugel, Irv Rubin’s “accomplice” in the alleged bomb-plot on a Muslim Lebanese congressman’s office in December 2001, is going to trial for purportedly violating the terms of his plea bargain. Conspiracy theorists who believe Rubin may have been targeted for knowledge of Israeli intelligence operations within the U.S. around 9/11 will be watching the case closely.
