Ha’aretz offers some relieving news on the stature of GW Bush in the American-Jewish community.

One thing I’ve come to notice—you can tell the bias of a newspaper by how it chooses to report on Jewish support for Bush. It always seems that the conservative papers trumpet unequivocal Jewish support for the man, whereas the more liberal papers continue to remain skeptical and tout our long-standing Democratic leanings.

Until every single American Jew who is registered to vote is polled and asked how they feel about GW Bush, I’m going to continue to assume all these newspapers are full of shit and just trying to skew the public’s opinion. It’s probably the safest bet.
