It’s official:  As of midnight Israel Time (about an hour ago), Ariel Sharon is “permanently incapacitated” (having been incapacitated for 100 days), and Ehud Olmert is Prime Minister (not just Interim Prime Minister).  A refuah sheleimah to Sharon, and GOOD LUCK to Olmert.
