Mobius, I think I lost track of what this arguement is about, I know Jews from North America (some of them are my cousins) and I’ve never heard about offensive attempts to convert Jews into Christianity, the major problem as I see it are official institutions which use Christianity as means to deliver morality into their communities, and that’s democratically correct.
Here in Israel, schools address their students sometime by using religion, but nevertheless respect non-Jews by not urging them to participate in Jewish activities and alike (although, some of my friends who are not Jews respect Judaism and willingly participate in such activities).
