The NY Times has a nice lengthy piece on the “Only In America” conference at JTS, held this and next week, which is being sponsored by the Milken Archive.

Saturday night looks interesting, with a talk called “Voices Unveiled: Impact of Jewish Culture on American Music” at the Manhattan School of Music. If anyone’s going to go check it out, let me know how it went.
