Slain Brooklyn chasid Gidone Busch’s aggrieved family had a minor scuffle with the NYPD in a courthouse restroom yesterday.

“A city lawyer defending police against the Hasidic family’s civil rights lawsuit complained to Judge Sterling Johnson that Busch’s brother Greg taunted Sgt. Terrence O’Brien in the rest room, saying the suit would spark a new criminal investigation of the Aug. 30, 1999, shooting.”

The court has ordered the family and the police to steer clear of each other. (c/o Shappy)
