The 188th Crybaby Brigade book trailer
I am pleased to present this new cartoon trailer I produced for fellow Limmud NY 2010 Conference presenter and standup comedian Joel Chasnoff‘s book, The 188th Crybaby Brigade, in which he shares his experience as an American serving in the Israeli Army for a year. The animation features music by Shir Yaakov of Darshan, cartoon created by Jewish Robot.
I don’t know what to think about that. I can say that it makes me want to stay far far away from the book.
Note to self: never read this book ever. God, what schlock.
CoA and miri, the self-humor of that reading doesn’t quite come through without reading the preceding chapters of the book. I though the book was quite good, so I quickly finished and posted my overdue review of it.
Just goes to show, don’t judge a book by its social media marketing campaign.
Joel is hysterical. If you didn’t like the video, I recommend ignoring it and reading the book anyway.
Was that the Flying Hellfish making a cameo?
