The 188th Crybaby Brigade book trailer
I am pleased to present this new cartoon trailer I produced for fellow Limmud NY 2010 Conference presenter and standup comedian Joel Chasnoff‘s book, The 188th Crybaby Brigade
, in which he shares his experience as an American serving in the Israeli Army for a year. The animation features music by Shir Yaakov of Darshan, cartoon created by Jewish Robot.
I don’t know what to think about that. I can say that it makes me want to stay far far away from the book.
Note to self: never read this book ever. God, what schlock.
CoA and miri, the self-humor of that reading doesn’t quite come through without reading the preceding chapters of the book. I though the book was quite good, so I quickly finished and posted my overdue review of it.
Just goes to show, don’t judge a book by its social media marketing campaign.
Joel is hysterical. If you didn’t like the video, I recommend ignoring it and reading the book anyway.
