The first 24-hour all-music television station in Israel is about to be launched. “The format of the station will be somewhere between MTV and VH1,” Amir Golan, the station’s marketing director, told the Jerusalem Post. “With MTV, they’re basically saying if you’re over 18, then move on to VH1. We’re not like that, and anyway, Israeli music is a bit different.”
