It's A Jew Eat Jew World

The NY Post reports,

In his follow-up to “Philistines at the Hedgerow: Passion and Property in the Hamptons,” [Steven Gaines, author of the forthcoming “The Sky’s the Limit: Passion and Property in Manhattan”] reveals that in certain Manhattan co-ops, there’s a perceived quota before a building gets pegged as having “too many Jews” and loses prestige.
“This is the way it works,” top broker Alice Mason told Gaines. “There is one Jewish person on the board, and that Jewish person is the one who vetoes all the other Jewish people.”
