Open Hillel is announcing that we will hold a second conference March 12-14, 2016.
Our first conference, held last October at Harvard University, was a resounding success, with over 350 participants and an enormous wave of media coverage.   Now we’re taking the next step and planning an even bigger and better conference for this spring.  We want to go beyond having the “forbidden conversations” and brainstorm ways together to open our Jewish communities on campus and off to the full spectrum of opinions on Israel/Palestine.  All students and non-students are invited!
We’re trying to raise $50,000, double last year’s goal.  We’re planning for more attendees, which means that we need more money for food, conference materials, and a larger venue.  And like last time, we want to subsidize student travel costs to the conference as much as possible so finances aren’t an obstacle for anyone.  Please donate here!
