  1. I don’t have a problem with this sentence. I think that it is correct for the law to differentiate between non-violent and violent activities. Otherwise the law would not have the intended deterrent effect on violence.

  2. thats fine and dandy, but i suspect that they might have dealt with him differently if you replace the word Hizbollah with the word Al Qaida, which is no different.

  3. since when did suicide bombs become non-violent. And the John we should start another campaing to let out Pollard. FREE POLLARD!!! FREE POLLARD!! PLEASE PEOPLE DONT FORGET ABOUT OUR LONEY BROTHERIN HELD IN PRISON BY THE AMERICAN POLITICAL REGIME!!!

  4. “PLEASE PEOPLE DONT FORGET ABOUT OUR LONEY BROTHERIN HELD IN PRISON BY THE AMERICAN POLITICAL REGIME!!!”
Political regime? Are you saying that the US has no right to imprison citizens who give away its secrets?
The only good argument for releasing Pollard is that greater offenders, like the Walkers, were punished less.

  5. As i have stated many many times on my Town Crier blog – if a fraction of the energy exhausted on advocating for pollard was spent on Zachary Baumel, we would have him back by now.

  6. HaZeev, Unfortunately the real ones to blame for pollards incarceration is Israel. They gave him up. I feel bad saying it but what can I do. Am I wrong?
    crier who is Zachary Baumel?

  7. “I think that it is correct for the law to differentiate between non-violent and violent activities.”
