In a recent interview to American magazine Sister 2 Sister, multi-platinum pop singer Seal made some interesting remarks about the differences between the black community and other cultures:

“It’s so sad because we’re damaging our own. Like, in different cultures, you would never see that. Take for example the Jewish culture. They’ve been persecuted just like the black people, right? But you never see them eating their own. They don’t. But we will.”

What do y’all make of Seal’s remarks, especially as it relates to the fractured state of Judaism in the world today? Is he accurate or misinformed?
